Biography:

His career started in the 80′s where he was well-known in the free radio world in and around Brussels as Jan De Groot.Free radio was at this time illegal in Belgium.
He made some programs for Radio Moetoen, Radio CRD FM, Radio Fantastiek and TopRadio. They were known as the better radio stations at that time.
Being a DJ at several Parties, Discotheques and Performer of events, made him “famous” at that time.
The legendary programs: “Discofever”, “Total Show” and “Rrrrrshow” on Sunday afternoon make him legendary.
In the early 90′s, free radio changed to a professional business.
Making radio shows became a real fulltime job…everything moved to CD, DAT, Minidisc, automatisation , to end with PC programs.
It was at the end of the 90′s, that he took the decision to leave the radio world. He had to choose between a real profession or being a DJ.
He left the radio scene but never left the music…it stayed a passion !!
But 5 years ago, he started again where he stopped > doing radio shows.
With all the new stuff which is available today, he created his own little studio at home.
It was there that “The LAND OF DANCE Mix” was born, a Radio Show full with Electro and Progressive House beats in the mix.
Together with  Jo van Belle and producer Lucas, who created a full blown jingle package, he succeeded in creating a network of Radio’s in Europe, offering them on weekly base a 60 or 120 minutes radio show.
